We are using Outlook 2000 SR-1 (that's the way it is and that is that).
Running Windows XP Pro SP2.

Archiving does not work.  We do not have quotas on the size of our mailboxes
(and my inbox is fairly small (under 100 MB).  I have AutoArchving turned on.
I have created a folder called "Spam" (under my general exchange profile).
I move certain mail messages to the "Spam" folder via the Rules Wizzard.  I
have the Spam folder set to AutoArchive every 7 days to Permanently Delete
the files older than 7 days.  When I am prompted to AutoArchive, nothing ever
deletes from the folder.  If I run AutoArchive manually (File - Archive....),
nothing will archive or delete.  I have tried creating the folder in a PST
and it will not work either (automatically or manually).

I have turned on the "modified" date field and the files should be deleting.
Nothing seems to work.  Is there something else?

This article does NOT help me.

Ok, this morning it worked.  I have no idea why.  Maybe it was the cool karma
of the TechNet Groups that magically healed it.  I think I will just go with
that.
