Can Outlook 2003 sync with my Dell Axim X5 PocketPC?

I jsut upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 and now I can;t sync my Inbox,
Calendar, or Contacts with my Dell Axim X5 PocketPC. It came with Outlook
2000 but now it will not recognise 2003 and Icannot find a definitive answer
anwhere on the microsoft web site.
PLEASE HELP!

You can sync it with ActiveSync 3.8 (current version)
