For this
1. Select on "Mailbox - <account name>"
2. Right Click on "Mailbox - <account name>"
3. Select Close - "Mailbox - <account name>"

Hi
You do it on Outlook 2003 itself. You will see this in the left navigator
panel.
If u still cant find it, Please let me know

Then i think you can do this:
Tools > EMail Accounts > View or change existing email accounts > remove
