In Office 2003, I am trying to access newsgroups.  I follow the steps in Help
which says to add a button to the GO menu.  The newsgroups button is not
available.

To fix the issue, either open up IE and go to 'Tools|Internet
Options|Programs' and select Outlook Express as your default Newsgroup
program, or just open up Outlook Express and select yes when it asks you if
you want to make Outlook Express the default News Reader. The News button
should work the next time you open Outlook.
