mspst.dll cannot be found

After installing Outlook 2002 the program shuts down because it cannot open
folders. Error message indicates it cannot locate mspst.dll

See if your system has an MSPST32.DLL file on it. If it does try renaming it
then running a repair on Office from the install CD.

I also get an error like this but the file is a differnt name. I do not have
this file on my computer at all. What do I need to do?

Did you try the Detect & Repair operation?
