Well, according to MSN, I could download MS Office suite from the website. I
just cant find which link it is that downloads the office suite. Please help
me.

Which website? Last I knew there wasn't a general purpose site for
downloading all of Office.

You can try "http://membercenter.msn.com/" and there will be a link to
install outlook 2003, assuming that is the version we are speaking of. Good

Is the DLL in your Recycle Bin / Trash Can? What DLL was it anyway?

If you deleted it, it should be in your Recycle Bin. Restore it from there.
If you emptied your Recycle Bin, get an undelete program like
http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/ . The longer you wait, the less
likely you'll be able to recover it. Finally, read this:
