To improve our office communication we need to create a
calendar that can be shared (updated and viewed) by all
staff.  All of our computers are networked.  In addition,
we need to be able to send reminders to everyone when
important deadlines are coming up.  Microsoft Outlook
functions well in these ways for the individual user; is
there a way to extend the "reminder" function to multiple
users?
Thanks!

No. Reminders fire for what's in *your* Calendar folder, not someone else's.
