I thought Exchange/Outlook was designed to be
colaborative?!
I need a solution for a global contacts folder where all
clients can access, schedual apointments for everyone and
all activities tracked for the contact that all users can
see.  Example I shedual an appointment for a contact that
is residing in the global cantacts list for another
person residing in the team calander.  Now anyone in the
team calander can look at this contact and see this
apointment in the activity's of that contact.

Do you know of one?

it's collaborative... but many things need programmed and aren't available
out of the box... start at slipstick.com and cdolive.com to learn what you
need to do
