Share Folders Failing

I have set up share folders for contacts for two
computers. The updating starts to work and then there is
an error and the share no longer works.

An ideas on what is causing this. Both machines are XP
home with Outlook 2002.

Since Outlook 2002 has no option for sharing folders, you might want to provide a little more detail about what you're doing.
