MS Office Forum / Outlook / Team Folders / December 2003Importing .pst files from CD into outlook 2003
This is probably not the right newsgroup but for lack of finding a better one, here goes: I installed outlook 2003 recently and tried to open a .pst file from a backup CD and get the message that I have no access to the .pst file on the CD. HELP!!! I need the backup desperately!!! Laura Copy the file from the CD to your hard drive, then turn off the read-only flag on the .pst file. Where is the PST file located? What are the exact symptoms you're seeing when you try to import?
