restoring permanently deleted emails in SBS2003

I need to know how to restore permanently deleted emails,
using Outlook 2003 on a Windows Small Business Server 2003
machine. Apparently, there's some relatively easy way to
do this in Outlook, but I can't locate the option.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you using the Exchange mail server from SBS?

In that case, the only way to recover items deleted from a PST file is possibly with one of the utilities listed at http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm#tools.

If I am using Exchange Server with SBS 2003, what is the easiest way to
restore emails that a user inadvertantly deleted?
