Hi-
All the folders in the mailbox, calendar-tasks, are
showing a blue + sign to the left of the folder icon.
Does anyone know what this means.

Thanks!
.

A + sign generally means that you can click on it to expand the folder
hierarchy.

Hi,

Yes, normally that is what it means, but these are
different.  They are on every folder in the mailbox and
when you click on them nothing happens.  Also, they are
blue, not black.  So, they do not seem to be and expand
feature.  I'm at a loss!

It might help if you mentioned your Outlook version. Do they appear if you
create a new profile for the same mailbox?

It was actually a student in my class - so it was a
student account.  I was showing them how to set up
personal folders... I wonder if she did something during
that lesson.  Anyway, it's outlook 2000.

Thanks again for your help.
