When we use public folders on an exchange server for a
contact folder we want to be able to use the follow-up
flags on contacts to remind us when to follow-up.  THis
only seems to work if the contacts are in a peronal
contacts folder.  Is there a way to do this from a shared
contacts folder?

See http://www.slovaktech.com for a tool to add this capability, which is
not native to Outlook.
