I have two exchange servers one in Cleveland and another
in Indiana.  Currently Indiana is 1 hour behind us.  We
created a folder called vacation in the public folders.
But when Cleveland enters a persons vacation time Indiana
plant will see a different calander than Cleveland
plant.  For example if I enter a Cleveland employee
vacation of Aug 12 as an all day event Indiana will see
it as Aug 11 and 12 vacation.

Also when an Indiana employee is entered in Indiana it
converts it from and all day event to 10:00am to
10:00PM?

Hey, I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you but this sounds like a
good certificate exam question. Can you email me when you find the answer?
