YOu cannot remove a service pack. You would need to completely uninstall
Outlook 2000.

Dear Sue Mosher,
First, thanks for your immediate feedback. But I had tried this before,
after I had completely uninstalled Microsoft Office 2000 Professional then
reinstalled it back, the Service Pack 3 still remain there. There're any
other sollutions? Please feedback as soon as possible.
