How to show a Public outlook folder as a link on a web page

Hi,

we have an intranet site and we would like to have a link
to an public contacts folder that has our corporate
database.  
Using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2002 on an NT 40 domain.

Is there a step by step procedure on how to do this?
