I am a new novice user of Sharepoint. I have about 10
committees and commissions that I want to have scheduled on
my Sharepoint site. I am using Windows XP and Office 2003.
Almost all the committees have recurring meetings that
occur once a month with the same members and at the same
time. Some of the committees have special meetings during a
month. I like using the workspace templates to show
documents, agendas, descriptions and attendees.
My problem is that when I attempt to add a non-recurring
meeting to a recurring committee workspace I get a message
"the web site address is already in use."
I have gotten a message that says "in your scheduling
program(?) unlink from the workspace and link the meeting
again to a new workspace. The new workspace will
automatically support a recurring meeting." How do I
unlink?
I can create a Board of Trustees workspace that shows all
the recurring dates for the next year, but how do I show
the special meetings on the same page?

This can't be both a STS and a WSS site so please remove the STS newsgroup
(.teamservices) from your replies to it as I doubt if Bob is using that old
(2001) product.
