Hi, I'm  new to exchange 2k3.  How can i publish & sync a user's calendar in
public folders??  I can create a calendar in public folder tree but i need to
have it automatically update with a user's calendar.  The idea is to invite a
user and post appt. to a resource but the calendar is published in the public
folder.  Any help is great!!

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.

this might be what you are looking for:
http://www.ExchangeGroupCalendar.com
there's no built-in method for that in Exchange.
