I've created a public phone list that everyone can access. What I want to do
is create a default view so that everybody gets the same columns. For
example, I want the columns to be Full Name, Business Phone, Mobile Phone,
Division, Title. Is there a way to do this?

Digev,

I think there are two ways of doing it. Either through Forms or through
Views. I went dwon the Viws path. You define a View with the fields you want
to see and then publih it. Then on Client machines set the published view as
the current view.
