How do we get Outlook 2003 from putting our Team Mailbox name in the From
line when sending email?

We DON'T want to be able to send anonymous email "on behalf of" or From the
Mailbox.

We've had the "Send As" permissions removed, but the From line still
auto-populates with the mailbox name in it, so if we forget to clear the
"From: line", outlook attempts to send the email and we'll later get an
"Adminstrator - Undeliverable" message - causing us to have to resend the
message again.

For this matter one way that works, is to create an accoount with a different
name
and add the group mail box to this accoun from outlook, then you can recieve
and view messages from this new created account then use it to send email. In
this way you will never get the name of the group on de FROM line. you can
even name the new mailbox as annonimous.

This makes sense - I will have to give it a try.
Thank you for responding.
