Hi there,

i have a client running Outlook 2003. We dont know what she did, but she now
has messages in her inbox that we cant delete.

if you click on the message, the reading pane says "This item cannot be
displayed in the reading pane. the item has not been received from the
server.

She is poping her email and all of the email has been download from the
server.

On all of the emails that cant be downloaded or deleted the have an icon i
have never seen before. there are two little icons, a phone pointing to a
envolope.

we would like to know how to delete these messages.
