Hello,
I've got an end user who's Public folders disappeared. In folder
view, I see my exchange mailboxes, my .PST files, and the Public
Folders 'mailbox'. When I expand Public Folders, I see 'Favorites' and
'All Public Folders'. This end user, when she goes to folder view, she
sees her exchange mailboxes, her .PST files, and the Public Folders
'mailbox'. However, when she expands Public Folders all she sees is
'Favorites'. This is a sudden change, as they were there when she
logged off last night, and when she came in this morning they were
missing. Are there some settings I can check to make the 'All Public
Folders' folder come back?
Thanks for any help you can give!!!

I should have specified, this user is running Outlook 2003 on Microsoft
Windows XP, both fully updated. The exchange server is Exchange 2003.
If there's any othe relevant info please let me know and I can provide!
