Linking Microsoft Outlook between Computers

I am currently working in an office and I wish to link Microsoft outlook
between 4 other computers.

I need to make sure that everyone in the office can check the same calender,
but also have their own task folders that everyone else can check, to see
what we are all doing from one day to the next.

Can you please let me know if there is a way of connecting microsoft outlook
to other computers on the same server

Hi Rachel,

for Outlook 98/2000 you can use Netfolders. In Outlook 2002 Netfolders are
no more supported.
