I have two managers and three conference rooms whose
meeting notices come to my inbox.  Is there a way to sort
these, possibly by color, so that I can tell by sight who
the message is targeted for?

Sandi,
Try checking into the Outlook "organize" feature.
I've had great success with it in situations just like
yours.

Best of luck,
