Download the latest version of Palm Desktop from the Palm
URL.  When you run the setup, use custom setup.  It
should prompt you for hot synching with Outlook.  After
finishing setup, go into hotsynch and configure it for
the CPU as master and the handheld as slave for
contacts.  Put a check in the "DO NOTHING" box for all
other items you don't want hot synched. Run HOT SYNCH.
After Hot synching, don't forget to go back and re
configure it for normal use.
That should do it.

Actually, that won't do it - you only get the bundled (third party) conduit
on the CD, if at all. You can't download it from the Palm site.

To the OP: If you have the installation CD, run setup, and do a custom setup
to see if you can sync to Outlook. If you don't have the CD, or it isn't an
option on it, go to www.chapura.com and buy PocketMirror.
