I'm using Outlook 2000 SR1 -- have added EmailMerge 4 Outlook add-on -- but
can't send HTML and can't get a reply from their tech support.  (The FAQ is
pitifully small and addresses a problem if Word is used as email editor or
HTML in email is generated in Word -- neither of which is true for me).  Did
extensive searching of newsgroups with no luck.

Has anyone used this program successfully?  It's recommended at slipstick,
but I can't seem to find any other information about it.
