Norton AntiSpam toolbar not showing in OL2003

Hi

Outlook 2003 is not showing Outlook 2003 toolbar. Does anybody know how
can I fix that?

I have the same problem...do you happen to be running hotsync or activesync?

I am having the same problem....Outlook 2003, Norton 2004, and yes I
am using Activesync.....Ahhhh, I just see it now!  If you have a
device (mine is an HP PocketPC) connected when you start Outlook the
bar will not be there, but if you turn the device off then it will
show up.  For now, start Outlook with the device disconnected and then
connect it and you will have the toolbar and be able to sync.........

Start Outlook, click help, then 'About Microsoft office' when thi
window appears click ' Disabled items' (bottom right) if your progra
is in this list select and enable, Worked fine for me
