I don't know an easy way to phrase this question, but what
I'm trying to do is to take an email that I receive in
Outlook 2K, add comments and voice annotations to a Word
document, and forward it on to a colleague. The problem is
that when you make changes to the attachment, I cannot
save the file as it is a "read-only" file. The only option
I have is to save it as a different file name, and attach
that new file to the email. Given the number of emails I
receive, this would not be practical. Is there any way to
save changes to the original document? Are there any thrid
party add-ins that would address this? Any advice would be
appreciated!

Did anyone find a solution to this?
