Configuring Outlook Mail

Outlook does not open because the profile is not
configured correctly.  However, now matter how I configure
it and restart, I get the same message re no location for
sending/receiving mail.  Could someone walk me through the
steps for configuring the microsoft mail or internet mail
option?  Desperate in Florida!
