The outlook view control of version 10 and below is
incapable of executing unless Outlook 2000 has been
installed. On any system where Outlook XP and above only
has been installed then it will not execute. Has anyone
managed to obtain a solution to this problem or an update
to the Outlook View control that would enable Outlook XP
and above usage

I've never seen or heard of that problem. What specific symptoms are you seeing?
