I CANT SEEM TO GET QUICKBOOKS 2004 TO SYNC WITH OUTLOOK IT TELLS ME THERE ARE NO OUTLOOK OR EXCHANGE FOLDERS Hi - have you tried checking with Quickbooks support to see what the prerequisites are?
