I need some program that does the same as Hotbar but without spyware.
(freeware preferable, but not neccesserily)

For those who do not know Hotbar, adding smlieys right from outlook
(must be something simple and easy to use), changing backgrounds,
inserting animated GIF's and other girlish stuff.

I actually tried HotBar, which I quite liked, until found how horrible
type of spyware it is and took me lot of time to get rid of.
