Can someone advise on utilities or outlook addins that report on items
stored inside outlook. I am looking for a method of being able to report on
the contents of mail folders so that I may generate a report (to then print)
of the items inside my 'large' outlook filing system.

Regards
Graeme

What do you want to report?

Hi Sue, at this stage, we are looking at reports that list the mail items
inside an accounts personal folders with details on Folder, From, Subject,
Received Date, Size and number of attachments with attachment names and
size. We would be looking for an option to sort by some or all these fields
and also looking at a report summary of the space being used.

This is primarily for using Outlook in Internet Mail mode or using Offline
folders compared to Exchange server users as I am assuming that many of
these reports are available from the Exchange server.

Before developing a solution to meet our needs to analyse Outlook usage we
wish to see if there is a solution already available. Any pointers that you
can offer would be welcome.

Regards
Graeme

I don't know of anything to do that kind of reporting in a non-Exchange
environment.
