Looking for Anti-spam utility for outlook

Hello:

   Is any utility that can perform the anti-spam for outlook? It was
because I have receive that nearly 70% is spam mail! :(

One I haven't used but that looks good is NUCEM -- http://www.nucem.com/. It
doesn't just filter e-mail, it helps you report it to the network the spam
originated from.

I have looked at four or more anti spam utilities and
McAfee's is the best.  It is tedius and has three steps
to do but you never have to look at images until you open
your email client and hit send/receive.  After a couple
of weeks using it you begin to see less and less spam.
