I first install ALL the critical and most of the
recommended Windows2000 updates, then I install ALL the
updates for OfficeXP (including Q329295), rebooting
between steps, and lastly I install Nextel Desktop
Assistant.  But in the initial configuration step of the
NDA install, NDA locks up.  When I contacted Visto (the
makers of the software), I was told that Q329295 was not
installed.  I know I installed it, but I went ahead and
tried installing it again and was given the message "This
update has already been applied or is included in an
update that has already been applied.".  Does ANYBODY have
any insight, suggestions, helpful comments of ANY kind?!?

If it's required for NDA, and you've definitely installed it (look in
add/remove programs), something else is amiss...try their support again.
I've never tried their product, so I can't offer much else....

Yeah, that's the other wierd thing... Q329295 doesn't show
up in the Add/Remove Programs list (no matter how many
times I install it).
