Where does Outlook store already read messages that were
sitting in my inbox.  I have a new hard drive and after
connecting to my email provider, all my previous messages
are gone.  I have access to my old hard drive, but don't
know where the messages are stored??  Thanks anyone.

It depends on the type of mail account, but they may be in a Personal
Folders .pst file, see http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
