I had been using Plaxo for a while, then Outlook 2003
said it had to close it.  Now it is no longer on there,
and if I try to download it again it still doesn't show
up on Outlook.  It does on Outlook Express.  Any
suggestions why this is happening?

Thanks,

Crystal

look on the Help, About, Disabled Items menu and re-enable it.

Plaxo must have crashed Outlook. Look in Help, About Microsoft Office
Outlook, Disabled Items button. If it's listed there highlight it and click
on Enable. Exit and restart Outlook and see if it's there then.

If the crashes repeat and it keeps getting disabled then you either need a
Plaxo update or you'll have to stop using it until they fix it.
