I have Outlook 2002 and Norton's Antispam from Norton's
Internet Security 2004 installed on my computer. I am
unable to get Norton Antispam buttons on my toolbar. When
I go to Com Add-in window and check off the Norton
Antispam and hit OK the Antispam buttons don't load on to
my Outlook tool bar. When I hoit OK the Apply button on
the Tools> Options window is not activated which may be
why Antispam buttons are not loading.

Any suggestions on how I might get around this problem?

Thanks

Are you using SP3 for Outlook/Office? There was a known issue with Norton
Antispam - http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems -
LiveUpdate is supposed to resolve it.
