I am looking for a way to automatically move all messages older than 2 months out of the inbox, into the deleted folder. Does anyone know a way to do this? Is there a utility available for doing this? I am using Outlook 2000 with Internet Mail. Thanks for the assist. Jeremy Rules only operate on incoming mail and auto-archiving will remove the files to an archive.pst file. It sounds like you need auto-archiving turned on.  Signature--?
