sending message to outlook calendar from other email program or with PHP

Hi

Suppose that when the user received this request, it is accepted. How would
you send such a message so it appears in the Outlook calendar, rather than
in the Inbox? I am particularly thinking of sending it with PHP or Perl.

Any ideas?
