I resently baught a new hard drive, and moved my anti
virus to the second drive, but i still have windows and
office on the first. Outlook had looked for scanemal.dll
in the viruscan folder on my c:, but now viruscan is on
the E: and I can't change where office finds this file, so
i had to remove the scanning add in. Is there any way i
can change where outlook tries to find this file?

How did you move your antivirus software? Uninstall/reinstall? Remove the
add-in in Outlook and try reinstalling....
