Can someone tell me what Microsoft's best practice policy for anti virus protection of an Exchnage server is? I wish to know what fodlers should be scanned and how best to protect the Exchange databases.
Thanks.

Regarding file-level AV scanners, see this (written for E2k):

You need Exchange-aware antivirus even if you also use file-level antivirus.
The ones most popular with the Exchange gurus I know are Trend Scanmail (my
choice) and Sybari Antigen.
