mail doesn't flow to personal folder at all

I have 1 outlook client which was configured to download
all mails to personal folder(pst). However, mails don't
go down to personal folder at all and accumulating at the
server. Does anyone have solution for this? Your help
will be much appreciated.

Are you getting any error messages when you check mail? What version of
Outlook? What's in your mail profile?
