1) is there any utility (in outlook) I can use to prevent
recipients of my email to either forward or copy any of my
emails sent to them?

alternatively

2) is there any tool that allows the me (the sender) to
set an automatic delete (self destruct) of sent emails
(the recipient is using outlook as well)?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike

On your second question: yes, this is a options in your mailbox. When typing
a new mail, you have 'options' in your menu above. Here you find expire
date. This feature only works with other outlook clients. If used with
others, the settings is neglected.

Nothing native will do this. Check out www.slipstick.com  for some
possibilities - but I've tested several and they aren't 100% perfect.

Really, remember that e-mail was not designed with this sort of feature in
mind - and it's possible that anything can be bypassed. What about the user
taking a screen shot of their e-mail window, and saving it as a graphic
file, and sending that to another user? Printing and faxing it? Short answer
is, don't put anything in an e-mail you wouldn't put on a postcard.
