I have been using PocketMirror Pro XT 3.17 with my Tungsten E to syncronize with my Outlook XP with no porpblems until today. Now I get a message that Outlook is not my default email program and that I have to make it the dafault in order to sync. I checked and Outlook is my default email program. The only change in my system is that I upgraded my Office XP with SP3 yesterday. Does any one know what happened and how to fix? Thanks Susan, Chapura (The makers of PocketMirror) is really good about responding to support e-mails. There are a couple of different possibilites depending on the exact wording of the question. I suggest you go to www.chapura.com and then to the FAQs and filter by Pocket Mirror and default - - and see what comes up. If it doesn't answer your question, write down the exact message and fill out a tech request with them. They are quick to respnd, usually within a day or so.
