Does anyone know of a way or utility to search all in
outlook, find attachments, save them to a nominated
location (eg c drive), replace the attchment with a
unique filename reference to the stored copy on C drive.

I am in a corporate environment with server limitations.
I have no trouble directing email to the c drive but
still end up exceeding my limit due to attachments in
calendar etc.  An operation as above would allow me to
find tha attchments as needed without consuming valuable
server space.  I know I can archive to a PST but this
makes several calenders to look in which is not
convenient.

Advice appreciated.

Thanks
