Is there an add-in which will help me to sync multiple
address from Outlook XP to a Sony Clie with Palm? For
example, if I have a home address and a business address
for a single contact, only the "use this address as
mailing address" address is synced.

The only supported sync tool for Clie to Outlook is Intellisync. Check the
doc at www.pumatech.com
