Help Import Outlook to Access

I have an Outlook custom form that captures training request. I want to
import into Access. I have read different articles on how custom fields do
not import into Access and that VB code is needed. Is there a 3rd party
utility that will provide this code? I am new to VB, and am in desperate
need of some help.
