I installed a special upload feature from FedEx Kinkos which allowed me to submit documents in Word and Outlook. It installed an icon on the toolbar and when I removed the application it did not remove the toolbar icon. How can I remove it? Try going to view | toolbars | customize & see if you can remove the offending item from view.
