Hello,
I work in an organization of around 1200 users.  We are currently using a
low end web based help desk solution.

I am researching other packages and was wondering if there are any products
out there which integrate into Outlook using forms etc.  We are running
Exchange 2000 and Office 2003 on the desktops.

Thanks.

There are several addins that can work with Outlook/Exchange (search
www.slipstick.com for the word 'helpdesk' ).
http://www.outlookhelpdesk.com/Products.htm is one.

Honestly, with that number of users, I'd be much more inclined to go with
something more powerful, like Remedy.

hi

You should try  ieSupportManager

https://www.iecomputersystems.com/

It links to outlook to pull in emails, and issues can be logged
automatically by users just sending an email and it is not expensive.
